This event will be held locally at DH Crystal Company, 240 North Liberty Street, Powell, Ohio on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 from 6:30 - 8:00PM

Join Abigail Puccioni, IHP2M of Root Cause Integrative Health and Beth Dalvi, MSW of DH Crystal Company as they discuss the effects that energy, both good and bad, has on your physical and mental health.

During this workshop we will learn: *How stress impacts us both physically and emotionally   *How to move our bodies from Flight or Flight Mode into a more secure mode   *Various ways to care for our mental health   *How to use crystals and breath as a touchstone to bring your body into a safe space   *Participants will be led through a short meditation

*Please dress comfortably and bring a journal and a yoga mat if you have one.  (Mats and props will be available)
