Trolleite is an aluminum phosphate hydroxide mineral (Al₄(PO₄)₃(OH)₃) belonging to the Phosphate mineral class. Its hardness is 5.5–6 on the Mohs scale. The material sold as "Trolleite" is typically a combination stone containing Trolleite alongside Quartz, Lazulite, and Scorzalite — all phosphate minerals forming together in phosphate-rich metamorphic rocks, producing the distinctive blue-green color and complex patterning.

Colors

Trolleite displays a beautiful range of blue-green tones — from soft powder blue and teal to deeper blue-grey — often with white Quartz veining and darker blue patches of Lazulite or Scorzalite. The flame shape beautifully showcases these flowing color patterns from multiple angles.
